Kings owns this list. T-Rex never adds, edits or removes a person — we only fulfil against the record you hold.

Deliberately the smallest set that lets a garment reach the right person in the right size. Fewer fields means less to protect, a shorter security review, and nothing sensitive to lose. Only your supervisors sign in. Wearers have no login, cannot place an order and cannot raise a query, so nothing reaches T-Rex without going through you.

One person at a time

Only the field marked printed goes on the garment. Left as it is, Kings prints the first name only, and no job title. Change it for anyone who is embroidered differently — a shortened name, or the name they are known by. The first and last name stay as they are on your payroll, so the person is still found by their real name.

Sizes can be left blank — the record saves without them, and they can be added here whenever you have them.

Any column not on this list is ignored on import. If your export contains dates of birth, addresses or payroll figures, the portal discards them rather than storing them.

Deliveries can only be booked to these locations. Kings controls the list, T-Rex cannot add one, so nothing can be routed anywhere you have not approved.

Each wearer has one of these set as their default. They can pick another approved point at the time of ordering, or choose to collect from our Avonmouth showroom with photo ID.
